Computers inability at E-Seva Centres

This is with reference to my recent visit to E-Seva centre, Patamata Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh to collect my wife's Voter ID card. Surprisingly the operator says says that sorry sir I am not getting line and asked me come the next day. I went on the following day then also he faces the same problem and asking me come after two days. Finally yesterday that is on 23-01-2012 I went there to collect my wife's voter Card. Even that day also the systems are not responding to print Voter ID Card. Then I asked the operator with whom I should refer this issue and get clarified. He said that I am sorry when the system is not working( in his words the server from Hyderabad ) I am helpless.

This is the service of so called E-seva centres.. Will the concerned authorities look into this and do the needful.
